- Sport mad destination
- Three centre trip
- Live sport options and incredible excursions
Location - A tour of Argentina is a chance to see how another world plays the game we love. Starting in the big city of Buenos Aires, fixtures and visits to the major sights are just the start of a real rugby tour. From Buenos Aires head inland towards Rosario and then onto the pampas and Cordoba. Enjoy real food, tango shows, boat tours and a warm welcome from a footballing nation that is having its heart stolen by rugby.
Rugby - If one 'newer' Rugby nation has made the step up then Argentina has so be the one. A famous victory over New Zealand in 2020 was the culmination of an ascending Rugby trajectory and a tour to this country will allow real Rugby afficionados to see how the sport has developed so quickly and how deep inherent the Rugby culture has become.

Tour Resources
Whether you’ve done a hundred trips or this will be your first, organising to travel away is no small undertaking and we want to help you to make the organisational process as easy as possible.
Quote > Perfect > Launch > Book
Make sure you check out our blog which contains 10 key trips to help you launch your trip successfully - Tour Launch Blog
Step 1 – get a quote
We know you might have to get a few quotes but we’d love you have 10 minutes of your time on the phone to understand more about your group and to explain what we can offer. If previous tours could be improved on then let us know and we’ll tailor a proposal to meet your requirements. After one conversation we’ll then send you emailed price proposals.
Step 2 – narrow it down
We don’t expect the first offer to be perfect, let us know how the first quote compared to your expectations, we’ll then adapt it further
Step 3 – launch the trip
We’ll provide you with a parent version of the quote proposal that you can send out with pictures and links to give as much information as possible.
Step 4 – collect deposits and finalise your tour
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a first deposit payment and completed booking form. A list of passenger names (as per passports) may be required for flight bookings.

General FAQs
Please pick up the phone and give us a call. We have years of experience organising trips abroad and we’ll be happy to run you through the do’s and don'ts of organising a trip away. If you want further professional assistance, then we can put you in touch with a Snowsport England qualified instructor, you can also attend a SCO (Snowsport Course Organiser) day.
The basic ratio is 1:10 for flight tours and 1:8 for coach trips. However, if your group requires a different ratio, we will work with you to ensure that you get what you need. This may include extra free places of calculating a separate tour price for any paying passengers.
Pupils will drop in and out of the trip. It happens. For those groups travelling by coach, we won’t ask for pupil details until very close to departure so pupils can swap in and out and the financial element of this can be organised internally. For those travelling by air, low cost airlines ask for names on booking so any change of passenger is likely to require a name-change fee which we would add to the final balance.
If pupils continue to add on, then this is fine subject to availability with the hotel and transport companies. The flight price may be higher if pupils add on months after the original booking and we will tell you what the cost is before you commit.
If pupils drop out, then unfortunately some fixed costs such as coach hire or instructors will be spread over a lower number and so your price may have to increase. However, this will never happen without a full discussion and we will work with you to limit any impact
There’s no right answer to this although we would recommend first time trip organisers look 12-18 months ahead whilst experienced trip organisers may want 9 months plus if heading to a new resort. We do want all trips to be as accessible as possible and whilst financial climates ebb and flo, giving students and parents a long lead in time will help them plan ahead and will stop you having to chase payments.
Every group must travel with comprehensive travel insurance including any winter sports or competitive sports cover. Your school or club may already have a policy in place which covers your trip otherwise please talk to a member of the Energy Travel team for further information.
