Inspection Trips

If you want to see your destination before you head away with your group then Energy Travel provides a variety of ways to help you plan and feel confident about running your trip.

Individual Inspection Trips (IVs)

Let us know when you first enquire about whether a trip to resort will be required. Energy Travel will help you plan this trip and we will provide a budget for you to work to, allowing you to choose when you go, how many people travel and how long you go for.

This budget will be reimbursed to you or deducted for the final balance of the tour. By doing things this way, you can book your flights and find the route and times that work best for you – it also means you can complete online check-in and have tickets on your phone. Car hire abroad must be made by the lead driver and a credit card will need to be provided on collection for this reason you must book this element of your trip

Group Inspection Trips

Each year Energy Travel organises a complimentary group trip to visit some of our amazing destinations so that party leaders can check out where they are going or perhaps see where they might want to go next year. Please note that dates are fixed. Room may be available for partners to accompany you though there will be a cost associated with this, please get in touch for further information. Places on Group Inspection Trips are limited.
