All requests will be made free of charge although if any request is deemed to be manifestly unfounded or excessive, Energy Travel Ltd reserve the right to impose an administration fee of £50 to comply with the request.

Further, should we request an administration fee and it is not paid, or we are asked to delete information that by doing so would prevent us to comply with a legal obligation to establish, exercise or defend future legal claims, we reserve the right to refuse to comply.
