Paris makes a great group destination. Such a large city means a large number of excellent hotel options, all within reach of the city centre and the sites dotted about. Whether you want a short weekend filled with the sights and sounds of the city centre, or an extended tour explorting the city in more depth, Paris as an affordable and accessible destination.

The perfect starting point for a visit is a tour down the Seine on the Bateau Mouches - starting and ending close to the Eiffel Tower as well as within reach of Les Invalides and the Champs-Elysses means that after one day, some of the world's most famous sights can be checked off the list.

Outside of the very centre, Paris also offers some great visits - to the north is the Stade de France, home to les bleus - to the North-West is the Montparnasse Tower, with its spinning floor, it's an incredible way to get views over the city, including superb photo oppurtunitiies over to the Eiffel Tower and city centre. Also to the north is Montmartre and the Sacre Couer as well as the Arc de Triomphe. Finish by heading west to the incredible Palais de Versailles.

Of course, one thing we haven't mentioned is Disneyland - head to Europe's Disney wonderland for a day to remember. Lots of dates are designated for cheaper school access for schools so get in touch and we can make sure that a trip to Paris is affordable, inclusive and full of amazing memories.

Tour Resources

Whether you’ve done a hundred trips or this will be your first, organising to travel away is no small undertaking and we want to help you to make the organisational process as easy as possible.

Quote > Perfect > Launch > Book

Make sure you check out our blog which contains 10 key trips to help you launch your trip successfully - Tour Launch Blog

Step 1 – get a quote

We know you might have to get a few quotes but we’d love you have 10 minutes of your time on the phone to understand more about your group and to explain what we can offer. If previous tours could be improved on then let us know and we’ll tailor a proposal to meet your requirements. After one conversation we’ll then send you emailed price proposals.

Step 2 – narrow it down

We don’t expect the first offer to be perfect, let us know how the first quote compared to your expectations, we’ll then adapt it further

Step 3 – launch the trip

We’ll provide you with a parent version of the quote proposal that you can send out with pictures and links to give as much information as possible.

Step 4 – collect deposits and finalise your tour

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a first deposit payment and completed booking form. A list of passenger names (as per passports) may be required for flight bookings.

The basic ratio is 1:10 for flight tours and 1:8 for coach trips. However, if your group requires a different ratio, we will work with you to ensure that you get what you need. This may include extra free places of calculating a separate tour price for any paying passengers.

There’s no right answer to this although we would recommend first time trip organisers look 12-18 months ahead whilst experienced trip organisers may want 9 months plus if heading to a new resort. We do want all trips to be as accessible as possible and whilst financial climates ebb and flo, giving students and parents a long lead in time will help them plan ahead and will stop you having to chase payments.
