Three Amazing New Ski Resorts!
Energy Travel are excited to welcome another collection of school ski resorts to the lineup!

Here at Energy Travel we’re always searching for new resorts for our groups to enjoy on their ski trips, and we’ve just secured three new showstopping resorts for the 2025-26 season! Whether you’re looking for a new low-cost resort to make your ski trip as inclusive as possible, or for the next big resort to get your skiers out and exploring some of the biggest & best ski areas in the world, we’ve got you covered!
Piancavallo, Italy
An ideal resort for beginner-focused groups, Piancavallo is a quaint town on the edge of the Italian Dolomites that combines convenience and a welcoming community spirit.
The ski area comprises of several beginner slopes leading back in to town, all serviced by beginner friendly carpet lifts & drag lifts, before progressing up the mountain to a series of blue & red runs that wind their way through the world renowned Dolomite scenery.

Off the slopes, Piancavallo really excels for school ski groups, with a collection of hotels all within a short walk of the ski slopes and a quaint alpine town that allows students to enjoy a completely different experience to the hustle & bustle or British life.
School ski trips rest on two pillars; the skiing, and the après skiing! And Piancavallo does not disappoint, with a host of options including the must-have pizza nights, ice skating, sledging, and a once-a-week torchlit night skiing event, complete with firework display and a show put on by the local ski instructors, you’re sure to create lifelong memories both on and off the slopes.
Les Deux Alpes, France
Synonymous with British skiers thanks to an excellent snow record and expansive ski area. You can leave your worries about snow conditions back in Blighty thanks to the largest skiable glacier in Europe, and the slopes stretch all the way up to 3,600m above sea level for a whopping 2,200m of vertical descent, the longest anywhere in the world!
While the resort certainly makes the most of its reputation with international skiers, it still retains some of it’s alpine charm, and being the second oldest ski resort in France, there’s plenty of character still to be found around the town and in numerous eateries across the mountain.
Les Deux Alpes have made a real effort to invest in future skiers through providing generous discounts on lift passes during the Easter holidays, which in our view is the best time of the season to get out and explore this incredible ski area without battling with the crowds that descend upon big-name resorts in peak weeks.
