3 Days In Paris With a Sprinkle Of Magic!
See what an Energy Travel group managed to pack into 3 days in the Franch capital

An Energy Travel group ventured to Paris, France in October this year, making the most of their half-term school holidays with an exciting football tour that included friendly fixtures and fun-filled excursions. This memorable trip was spread over five days, with days 1 & 5 primarily focused on travel, the group had three action-packed days to achieve their sports tour goals. The main highlights included two football matches against local teams, which the teachers described as challenging and well matched. Between the fixtures, there was plenty of time to explore some of Paris’ most famous sights and attractions.
Day 1: A Football and Sightseeing Kick-Off
The school football tour began with a visit to the Stade de France, the iconic French stadium that is home to the national rugby team and hosted the Rugby World Cup final in 2023, as well as the athletics events during this year’s Olympic and Paralympic Games. The group enjoyed a fascinating stadium tour before heading to the Montparnasse Tower, where they experienced stunning panoramic views of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower (the perfect vantage point for those wanting to admire the landmark without straining their necks!).
To round off an exciting day, the school’s teams played friendly fixtures at Stade Jeremy Peyraud. The U15 team played 11-a-side, while the U12 and U13 teams played 8-a-side matches. These fixtures were a fantastic opportunity to compete with local teams, providing an exciting and well-matched challenge.
Day 2: Fun and Adventure at Disneyland Paris
On the second day, the group headed to Disneyland Paris for a day full of excitement. With time to enjoy both parks, the school arrived at 10:00 AM and departed at 10:30 PM, allowing everyone to make the most of their day. A delicious evening meal at Billy Bob's La Grange gave the students a chance to relax and refuel after a day of thrills. Disneyland Paris provided the perfect mix of sports and fun for the students, creating lasting memories while also allowing for some rest before the final day of the football tour.
